What is the most stressful part about working at the company? they welcomed me in with open arms from day 1. I had just moved from another state with the nearest family/friends about 8 hours away. ![]() I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and job. I also really really loved how involved and supportive the owners and manager was. I loved the rapport I developed with the clients. What is the best part of working at the company? ![]() We hired their replacement a month or so later, and they lasted about 2 weeks, for good reason. That ASM left within that week to a different job. I was then expected to do things without ever being taught how to do, and deal with situations I was never shown how to handle. They didn't really show me much of how to navigate the program we use, because they didn't know much themselves, due to, you guessed it, poor training. "I don't mean to jade you on your first day, but this job is awful." I took that with a grain of salt coming from a tainted employee, but boy were they right. On my first day I was greeted by the ASM who was very obviously over this job. I was told repeatedly that I was going to receive proper training and that I will be taught everything I will need to know to do my job efficiently. ![]() I was hung up on so many times, and our number is blocked by so many of our prospects. It's an unrealistic expectation, and clearly, people don't want to be called that often. And that's with other responsibilities I have been tasked with, such as marketing, studio cleaning, and checking in and out clients walking in. If I was to actually make 100 calls, I'd have to be dialing a number, on average, every 4 minutes. As the front desk employee, I was asked to make a minimum of 100 calls a day to clients who have signed up to be interested in coming in for a free demo.
